SHIPPING POLICIES

  • No shipping on weekends, will resume normal operations next business day
  • No shipping on the following company observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
  • Pollen Tech (a Greenlane company) reserves the right to request any additional information prior to processing an order
  • Orders are subject to change or be cancelled based on product availability
  • Title to and risk of loss in product purchased hereunder shall pass from Pollen Tech (a Greenlane company) to the customer upon Pollen Tech’s (a Greenlane company) delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. 
  • Pollen Tech (a Greenlane company) is not responsible for any purchased or returned product lost in shipment or any delays, duties, fees or tariffs that it may incur

  • Lead times for will call may vary and are subject to change without notice

RETURN POLICIES

Only qualified orders are eligible for return. Qualifications for return are subject to change at any time without notice. Return acceptance or refund issuance is at the discretion of Pollen Tech (a Greenlane company) and cannot be guaranteed.

Qualified:

  • Product received deviates from sales order
  • Product partly or fully damaged/defective will be replaced at a singular unit level. Photographic evidence of damage or defect is required to process exchange.

Unqualified:

    • Product received matches sales order
    • Partly or fully used product
    • Custom product
    • Product purchased on promotion is final sale

RETURN PROCESS

To return purchased products, the customer must contact Pollen Tech (a Greenlane company) at supplyandpackaging@gnln.com or at 877-916-0480 to initiate the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process within 15 days of the customer receiving the product. Once the RMA process is initiated, the customer must ship the returned product and submit tracking details to Pollen Tech (a Greenlane company) within 7 days.

  • If applicable, images of damaged and returned product are to be sent to supplyandpackaging@gnln.com
  • All returned products must be shipped in original Pollen Tech (a Greenlane company) packaging, unless otherwise unable
  • All returned products will be subject to inspection by Pollen Tech (a Greenlane company) and eligibility for refund is determined
  • All returned products will incur a restocking fee of 30%, unless otherwise determined
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned product
  • For accounts on credit terms, the refund credit will appear on the account within 30 days

RESELLER TAX EXEMPTION

If qualified for reseller tax exemption, please contact Pollen Tech (a Greenlane company) at supplyandpackaging@gnln.com or at 877-916-0480 to add exemption to the customer account.
